The
data is transmitted securely and unpacked at the receiver’s
end, where it is filed into target desktop folders,
automatically sorting itself and updating old records.
Each receiver can customise their view within Outlook.
With the drag of a mouse, data in Outlook can be dynamically
linked to Excel spreadsheets or other common applications,
which are then automatically updated as new e-mails
arrive.

Clovis setup takes minutes. Once the light
Clovis plug-in is installed and has received authorisation
Clovis users can begin receiving and viewing rich, structured
data within Outlook.

Clovis e-mails containing multiple lines of
structured data are sent directly and securely, for
example from a bank to their clients. Each bank may
choose to send different data to different clients.

As Clovis e-mails arrive, they are instantly
and automatically decoded, unpacked and filed. All Clovis
e-mails from different banks are collated and sorted
within the same Outlook folder. The client therefore
has a personal private information hub, powered by every
bank they deal with.

The self-cleaning function ensures that data
is always fresh and instantly actionable. Data can be
timed to expire automatically and delete itself, or
else updated on arrival of new Clovis e-mails.

All data is stored in a simple CSV file outside
of Outlook, allowing external applications such as Excel
to link to it real-time and automatically update spreadsheets
and graphs.

As the data is managed within Outlook, recipients
can reply to Clovis e-mails either with standard e-mails
or with structured data of their own.
